I came here a couple weeks ago for the first time in years. It was very busy with a long drive through line and a few people inside. Only 2 people were working. The tall guy with the dreads was very kind, kept apologizing for the wait, helping people at the drive through and helping the customers that were coming in. He kept a positive attitude even in the midst of a stressful situation dealing with rude angry customers. I saw the way he handled the customers and he did his very best. Thanks to whoever you are! Made my experience worth while. There was a girl making the food and the food wasn’t the best. My nachos had a lot of beans but hardly no meat. But the kindness of the guy at the front made the experience still worth it. They were busy so I understand if the food wasn’t the very best.

Good quality, as far as Taco Bell expectations go on pricing and offerings. I mostly get drive thru, so make sure to check your order and drink. I have some instances that I checked in the parking lot, and am glad I did. When going inside, is often needing to have floor cleaned and countertops and tables cleaned. --Updating review, since items in drive thru have been significantly more correct, condition of inside has been better since roof repair.

The drive-through service was great and the food was fresh! I ordered the chicken cantina bowl no rice light on beans..please next time a little more guac on top...Thanks

This is a very good taco bell, one of the best even! It is very clean and new, and the drive thru does not have the AI. I always order a chicken flatbread with onions and jalepeño sauce and they were some of the best I've ever had. So much delicious sauce and the chicken is crispy! I have been here about 6 times so far and my order is always right

I’m not gonna lie. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and it is consistently good. The proportions in each item are on point and I always feel like all of the ingredients are made as fresh as possible not stale in the employees are kind. it feels clean and well put together.

Went today, picked up my 2 online orders! The staff were really nice & patient with me, I did have to wait a bit for my order, but that was due to me arriving early. I'll be making this Taco Bell my favorite one in Durham, the other locations I've gone to are not the best. (In my opinion, of course.)

I come here pretty late after work most Fridays. My order is always correct, fast, and hot. The people working there work super hard, and they manage to still have a sense of humor even after being understaffed. They deserve a lot more recognition and praise than I’m sure they get — I literally go out of my way just to come here rather than the Taco Bell 1 mile from my house ( in north Raleigh ) because they do such a good job. Thank you guys !

This was genuinely the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Great customer service and the food was ready within 1 minute of our order. It was so good I will be telling my friends about it.
